Cancellation & Refund Policy a) Cancellation by Customer: Before 15 days: 90% refund Before 7 days: 50% refund Less than 7 days: No refund b) Cancellation by Traveller Monks: We may cancel or reschedule a trek due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety issues, government regulations). 2. Mode of Service Delivery Since we offer travel experiences and not physical goods, there is no physical shipping involved. Instead, all services are delivered in the following manner: Online Delivery: Booking confirmation and trip details are shared via email and SMS. On-Ground Service Delivery: The trek/trip starts as per the scheduled itinerary, and all services (transportation, accommodation, guided treks, etc.) are provided at the destination.
3. Estimated Delivery Time Instant confirmation: Once payment is successfully processed, the booking confirmation email is sent immediately. Trip-related information: Detailed instructions (including packing checklist, travel tips, and emergency contacts) will be sent 3-5 days before departure via email and WhatsApp.

Less than 20 days before departure: No monetary refund; 50% refund in a Trek Panda coupon. Less than 15 days before departure: No refund. If unwell: No refund; you may find a replacement if needed.
1.2 For Sahyadri Treks/Camping and Weekend Backpacking Trips: 30+ days before departure: Full refund in a Trek Panda coupon or monetary refund with a 15% cancellation charge. 20-30 days before departure: Monetary refund with a 50% cancellation charge. Less than 20 days before departure: No monetary refund; 20% refund in a Trek Panda coupon if fully paid. Ticket transfer: 20% surcharge, subject to the organizers decision. No-show or illness: No refund; find a replacement if needed. Advance Booking amount: Non-refundable. Cancellation within 10 days of departure: No refund.
1.3 Last-Minute Cancellations No refunds will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
2. Cancellation by Traveller Monks In rare cases where we must cancel a trek or tour due to unforeseen circumstances (bad weather, natural disasters, operational issues, or government restrictions), we offer: Full refund of the trip amount OR Trip rescheduling to a later date OR Credit voucher for future trips (valid for 1 year). Refund processing in such cases may take 7-10 business days.
3. Refund Process All refund requests must be made by emailing travellermonks@gmail.com with booking details and a reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment. It may take 7-14 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Components Certain costs are non-refundable, including: Advance booking amounts paid for hotel reservations, permits, or transportation. Processing fees charged by payment gateways (Razorpay, banks, UPI). Personal expenses like meals, gear rentals, or travel insurance.
5. Modifications & Transfers If you wish to reschedule your trip or transfer your booking to someone else, you must notify us at least 7 days before departure (for short trips) or 15 days before departure (for long tours). Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve an additional cost. Trip Delays and Connecting Transport Failures: Traveller Monks will assist with alternate arrangements in case of delays, but participants bear associated costs.
